What is Studio Luce
Studio Luce is a writing retreat and artist residency program based in Guatemala. It is hosted in Villa Rosa, in the small fishing village of El Paredón on the Pacific coast of Guatemala. It looks to support, promote and inspire creatives, offering an accessible way to work on their art, while also encouraging positive tourism within the community.
MISSION:
To provide an inspiring space where writers and creatives can focus on their art, and draw inspiration from Guatemala’s rich culture. By welcoming artists from near and far, we foster collaboration, cultural exchange, and the sustainable growth of El Paredón.
VISION:
To strengthen Guatemala’s growing artistic reputation and establish it as a leading destination for artists and writers, enhancing the cultural and economic vitality of the country while also positively impacting El Paredón.
